I recently found this on company on my credit report and I have no idea what this is for. I tried to call the number (405) 763-5777 several times during business hours and I keep getting a voicemail that is full. I see from other reviews this is an ongoing thing for this company. I need to get this removed from my credit report but I am getting nowhere. This company should not be in business.

I found this company on my credit report for a 16.00 collection... Not only did they not contact me before hand but they won't call me back now. And now you even receive a message box full error on their voice mail.

I can't even tell who the charge was originally from.

This is my first time looking at this company online. However they have posted information on my credit report for a settled Medical Bill without every contacting me or the billing party. The Credit Agencies should be more selective with the collection agencies they deal with when adding information to a persons credit report.

Found something on my credit report and called Round Two Recovery. I spoke to Veronica. Not only was she extremely helpful and gave me detailed information on how to resolve the issue, but she was polite. Recovery businesses get a bad rap because their job is to collect money owed-but Round Two was by far the nicest collection agency I have spoke to. Thank you Veronica for excellent service!

I checked my credit report recently and this company appeared as an account going into collections.

Being that I have had several medical bills over the past few years, I thought maybe it was a possibility that they weren't aware I already paid it, or maybe something was missing somehow. I looked up this company immediately and called. I got a voicemail since it was after office hours. I gave them my name and phone number and requested for someone to call me to explain what this was for.

I never received a phone call back after a week. I checked my mailbox many times as well, nothing. The office hours on their recording say they're open until 8PM Monday-Thurs. I called at 6PM on a Tuesday and it went to straight to their voicemail instead of a person.

Every time I called during their "office hours" I was sent to voicemail. I have left two other voicemails with no return phone call. I'm a bit confused if someone was trying to collect money from me...and I was trying to contact them, wouldn't they respond back? Not to mention calling during their office hours and going straight to voicemail.

This seems pretty suspicious, but after going over all of my medical bills-there's nothing in collections. The fact that I can't even speak to a live person is ridiculous.

I don't know what kind of business this is, but they're definitely unaware of what customer service is. The fact that this is affecting my credit score is extremely frustrating when I've been working so hard to get it back where it was before.

Biggest Joke of a supervisor ever.

After this company has repeatedly called me over a debt that should have been billed to my insurance company I had it today. I asked the first rep if he was aware of the fair debt collection act and he hung up. So I called back and asked to speak to a supervisor and surprise surprise Susan who answered the phone said she was one. She spoke over me and told me its my fault that the claim was not filed even though I've never received one letter about this debt from THREE years ago. She then hung on me when I asked her if she was aware of the fair debt collection act after she said there is no such thing. The third time I called she immediately answered the phone and started yelling at me and I told her my lawyer would be contacting her and she said i will just go ahead and call him and asked for his name. I asked to speak to her manager and she said no I don't get to talk to whoever I want because that's not the way it works. So when she asked again for my lawyers number I told her no thats not he way it works you don't get to talk to whoever you want to and she stuttered and hung up. I've already reported them to the FTC as well as my lawyer has sent them a cease contact order.

I called about an alert that I received on my account and the lady was helpful, she olaced me on hold briefly and found that i actually had 2 accounts. I talked with her, she had the wrong SSN and she said she will make sure they are removed from my account. This was the first time I called an collection agency and gotten this professional respone.

This is a new company. I continued to receive messages from this company regarding another person. I ignored what the message said about calling the number and reporting that the number they were calling was a wrong number, assuming that they would just get tired and quit calling. This was my error. When I did call in I was very angry, but the person I spoke with was very polite and understanding. She explained that unless they actually get someone informing them that the number is wrong, they have to call the number. I haven't had a call since.

I find that in most cases when companies such as this continue to call a wrong number it is because no one has bothered to let them know that it is a wrong number.

They keep calling and asking for someone that no longer has this number. I have told them repeatedly, I guess they assume I am lying. Now they can tell it to the Oklahoma State Attorney General

Collector with NO integrity! Somehow managed to add a bogus collection account to my credit report. With nothing more than my name, NO SSAN, NO DOB, and not even my address! Doesn't even have my phone number! And refuses to even discuss the matter, please send money for a bogus account!

Only 3 states require any notice before adding to a credit report, Oklahoma is not one of them.

Fortunately they only use Trans-Union, and Experian. I guess CSC / Equifax requires a little verification.

Total Scam, they get any junk ...

Total Scam, they get any junk debt they can, and try to collect, without any regards to anyone. Anyone with a name even close, they try their little scam on. Its usually cheaper to pay them rather than the bother of fighting them. Once they get it on you credit report, true or false, paid or unpaid, its still considered a BAD debt! And will be there for years!

It's not a scam, it's a business model.
