Ray Hibdons Car Choice

The girl behind the seat is not nice at all. She is very rude to people and will not give other people messages and hangs up on you. She will threaten you with anything she can think of. I would choose another dealership. She is rude to me and I have purchased 3 cars from them but will not purchase another one from them again...

Horrible place to buy a car. I purchased a 2005 Honda Civic from there and within 9 months I had to take the car back 3 times for overheating problems and electrical issues. The first two times they insisted nothing was wrong with it and it supposedly wasn't overheating with them. I took it back and it didn't overheat for a couple of months but then it overheated really bad, smoke coming inside of the car, I took it back and they told me I would have to pay for a new radiator and new radiator cap for my vehicle and that somehow my warranty didn't cover this situation. It's crazy that this happened being that I had already took it back twice for this problem before it got out of hand. Then not to mention I was also referred by a friend to buy a car off to help her pay off her vehicle and when I did, they didn't want to pay her vehicle off like the promised and it took us 3 months to get them to do it finally. I'll be happy when my loan is over with them, wouldn't refer them to anyone. Please buy from someone else.

I was referred to ray hibdon car choice by a friend, she told me to mention her name so she could get a referral. I spoke with robert was very pleasant,and we made a deal on an 03 aviator I need money down besides my trade in. banks were closed I found robert that I would come back the next day with, the $1000, I referred my close personal friend who will be in the next day, another salesman sold her the car I made the deal on and I refused to give me the referral fee. The salesman disclosed my personal information to this customer, giving her details on my application. I talked to the manager who Hung up on me 2 times, the next day I spoke with the owner who told me he wouldn't sale me a car...even tho I referred a customer.... ray hibson has the worst customer service I've ever experienced...and women be careful, my friend was required to pay $3500 down, when I was quoted $2000

Purchased a vehicle from HIbdon- they went all out to help get us in the truck we wanted. Great experience- I would recommend them to anyone.
