Precision Tune Auto Care

I live about a 100 miles from Ok. City. I was in Ok. City and started having engine problems. This place was close by, so that's where I went. They were very professional and courteous! I only have the highest praise for this place!!

I had a lot of work done. I had a Jimmy that needed a lot of . They told me it may not be worth it an to think about it for awhile. I did not want high car payments . So I put $ 2300 in a $1500 4 by 4 l got to say it runs as good as in did the day I bought it . To me it was worth every penny. Great people the best and most caring techs that I have meet. If precision tune at Rockwell is a as good as there are the rest Precision Tune in Okc must a great co.

I was setting in the show room. They where four preacher. Form different church's talking about the people here and an the great service that they get here. And they also talk about sending people here. Because they knew that they would take care of them. Wow

I brought my car in to get the clutch and clutch plate fixed they quoted my a price of 1200 witch was fair so I told them to go ahead and fix it they told me that it would take 3 days to fix. 3 days went by and no call so I called them and they told me they had ran into some complications and it would be a week before it was ready. The week went by and yet again no phone call so I called them again if I hadn't called I'm sure that they wouldn't have called me as it was close to closing time and when I finally got ahold of them after 5 calls they said that they had to order a part witch in my opinion any real proffessional would have known from day one. But they said it would be next day order and then it would take 2 extra days to put the new part in. So this time I decided not to call them. Well 4 days went by and I still had not recived a call from them so yet again I called and yet again it took 3-4 calls for them to answer. And when they finnaly did the car still wasn't ready and I had given them an extra day. Yet again they said they ran into some complications and it would be 3 additional days. Finnally after the 3 days they called and said my car was ready so I went down there to pick it up and when I did they said I owed them an additional 1000 dollars for other things they fixed completly without my consent needless to say I was angry but I paid anyways as I needed my car to get to work and run erins. As I pulled out I noticed my allignment was completly shot witch had been perfectly straight when I brought it in but I had to drive as is as they had already taken all of my money that I had to spare at that time. I noticed that when I would turn it wouldn't turn like it was supoose to instead it would wait then yank really hard into the turn. This concerned me but I couldn't get it fixed because and I repeat they took all my money finally it got to the point where I was scared to even drive me car. Witch they had refused to repair because they said and I quote it was like that when I brought it in witch it wasn't so I took it to a diffrent place they told me I was missing some crucial screws and my stearing collum was loose almost completly unscrewed my radiator was leaking witch was right down to the tubes brand new with no problems prior to them working on my car and there was a few disconnected wires my driver side head light and my backing out lights so the place I took it too quoted me 1100 dollars to fix everything. I ended up having to get a loan to pay it as they said if I continued to drive it as is I would undoubtedly loose all of my stearing. It only took them 3 days to fix it when they said it would take 5 when I got it back it was like a brand new car and was even cleaner than what I brought it in as that place was firestone on the nw expressway those guys are the real proffessionals and much more curtious as well so bottom line I didn't have a car for almost 2 and a half weeks and what origanlly was suppose to cost only 1200 dollars totalled up to almost 3300 dollars. I could have lost my life because of precision tune incompatence and they didn't even so much as say sorry much less pay for there own screw up. I will never go there again for anything even as simple as an oil change because they would probably mess that up too. If you value your life don't even let them lay a fingure on your car or truck and I hope that you listen to me and just go somewhere else.

I've been having car/truck repairs made at Precision Tune Auto Care on Rockwell in OKC for a number of years. The service was always pretty friendly, and the repairs were competent, although not cheap.



I took my truck in for repairs last week, and found the person at the desk surly, unfriendly and unprofessional. Against my better judgment, I left my vehicle there, and awaited a call respecting a diagnostic and the cost to repair.



The person who called a number of hours later rambled and babbled about some sort of computer sensor "problem", and promised to repair the problem for $295.95. When I told him that I had only $250 to spend on repairs, he READILY, IMMEDIATELY agreed - "Yeah, yeah, we can definitely do it for that." I believe that the whole "problem" and the "cost of repair" was manufactured and totally bogus. After being assured that the problem had ABSOLUTELY been fixed, I picked up the vehicle a day later and, less than five minutes away from Precision Tune, the engine died. IT QUIT! And wouldn't start.



After taking the vehicle BACK to Precision Tune on Friday afternoon (a HUGE MISTAKE), I was assured that it would be repaired before closing the next day. That didn't happen, either. After having called a couple of times on Saturday afternoon, and being told the "manager" was "out" (I recognized his voice - it was clearly HIM that I was speaking with), someone called to tell me that it would be Monday afternoon before I could retrieve my vehicle.



On Monday, I spoke with a clearly hyped-up, discombobulated "manager" who, in a very hyper-repeating-phrases-type-manner told me he had worked on my vehicle "all weekend", started it "a hundred times", and that all was well. (It occurred to me that someone had used my vehicle as their personal vehicle over the weekend.)



When I retrieved my vehicle that afternoon, I noticed that ALL the radio stations had been changed, someone had rifled through the contents of the glove box and the console, and there was GREASE EVERYWHERE. There was grease on the floor mats, grease on the seats, grease on the dashboard, grease on the visors, grease on the steering wheel, grease on the gear shift, grease on the seats, grease on the hood, grease on the door panels.... Well, you get the picture. THERE WAS GREASE EVERYWHERE. And, to top matters off, the transmission doesn't work properly now. The gear shift will hardly go into "Park" (it has to be FORCED), and it's hard to remove the key when you kill the engine. I have NO CONFIDENCE IN THESE PEOPLE to repair whatever it is that they have done to my car, and do not intend EVER to take any vehicle back there. And I intend to tell everyone I know - friends, family, colleagues - about my experience with them.



These guys are YAHOOS, FOOLS, IDIOTS and RIP-OFF artists. Do NOT, I repeat - DO NOT - give them the opportunity to mess with your vehicle and make whatever problem you're having WORSE!!

Honest business. They are so great to me. Always helpful and fair. Never any worries on being ripped off.

What a blessing to find a auto service provider that is honest. They will not fix something unless you really need it to be fixed and then they will charge you only the bare minimum. They have saved me hundreds of dollars.



The service is unlike anything I have ever experienced!



I am definately a customer for life!!!!!!!
