I had the absolute best experience at Meg Guess Couture. I called today, June 19, to inquire about bridal/bridesmaid collections you carry. Denise rudely informed me that I had called before and that you didn't carry Ava. I had no idea what she was talking about and told her that this was my first time calling. Her response to this was "my bad". I asked what bridal lines you carry and in a sharp tone directed to the website. My suggestion to whoever receives this is to work on your staffs’ customer service skills. If the studio manager speaks to potential customers that way, then there's no telling what everyone else does. I am not at all impressed by this business, so I'll take my money elsewhere.
