This is our second McClain's RV purchase. Came back for good Service and Knowledge of the unit. Roosevelt was warm and knew his trade. Enjoyed working with him and Sierra on the "Showout" demo. I think the Winnebago Drop 1780 is a great RV product. Wife loved the quality and floor plan. We had looked at half-dozen RV stores in DFW and Cleburn . Not the best price but it was the best product.

GREAT SERVICE! I was driving a new RV from TX to AZ. I stopped at Walmart in Oklahoma City and had an unfortunate accident by driving under a pole at the entrance to the store. The pole damaged two vent shades and the antenna. I police officer pulled me over on I-35 and suggested I go to McClain's. Very thankful for his suggestion. Everyone I met at McClain's was friendly and gave exceptional service. Rhonda (Parts) knew exactly what happened before I could finish telling her. She walked me over to Service. Steve was awesome and said our damage was minimal. He was able to have everything fixed within two hours. My Mom and I are extremely thankful for everyone we met while at McClain's. We will recommend your dealership with the highest regards. We came to your dealership very upset with what had happened; and expected the worst. We spoke with quite a few people there, and everyone was sympathetic and helpful. I cannot tell you how much you helped ease our fears.

We were traveling from our home to AR in our RV. High winds and some problems. Julie at McClains RV Center provided excellent service, got us in, fixed our problems and we are on the road again. Good service, reasonable prices, and treated us very well.

My experience is always great that McClains in Oklahoma City. I traded for the Tiffins Allegro Red and Les Johns was my salesman. I have bought two motorhomes from him and always had a great experience. Julie Hart is so helpful with all the RV repairs.
