Mariannes Rentals for Special Events

I wouldn't use these guys. They don't try to make mistakes right! Tried to charge me a 2nd delivery charge for an honest mistake when they flat out told me I was right on their way to next place! Delivery guy took the table and said he would swing by and bring me another one because he was in the area. He knew it was a mistake and then you call to say you are charging me more? Maybe try and verify orders when even the delivery person said he knew it was a mistake. How often do people have a random tiny table? Poor customer service. I plan on telling everyone about my experience. This is not how you gain customers. If I am renting all this for a 1st birthday then I'm sure you can imagine what I would have done in the future.

The rental items were fine and ready on time, however to get your deposit back you must call every week. The deposit is not returned as quickly as the contract states. Seven weeks after the rentals were returned we still have not recieved the deposit and have to call every week to remind them. The excuse is "it's a very busy time for us with weddings, prom and parties", funny I thought that was why they were in business - to be busy and provide a good experience for their customers. I would not recommend them there are other rental companies in the area and competively priced-check them out.
