Knockouts

I really hate to give them a two star review but I have made 2 separate appointments at the Northwest expressway location and they have messed up both appointments. My 1st appointment I had to wait 20 minutes past my appointment time before they could even get me in and I was told it would be 30 minutes on my 2nd appointment. It's unfortunate because they actually give a decent haircut but I have little tolerance or patients when it comes to having to wait 30 minutes for a haircut that I scheduled ahead of time.
