        Overall

        They r slum lords these apartments is full of black mold and bed bugs. They don't fix anything but like collecting the 750$ in rent every month. I have been having health issues do to the mold they don't want to get rid of

        DO NOT RENT AT THIS LOCATION. THESE APARTMENTS ARE VERY RUN DOWN, NO ONE SHOULD ACTUALLY BE ALLOWED TO LIVE ON THESE PREMISES. ALSO THE MANAGER "PAT" IS VERY RUDE AND HATEFUL. HE IS NOT CONSIDERATE OF ANYONE AND WHEN SOMEONE TRIES TO SPEAK WITH HIM VIA TELEPHONE OR OTHER WISE HE CUTS YOU OFF OR HANGS UP ON YOU. PLEASE DO NOT SUBJECT YOURSELF TO THESE LIVING CONDITIONS... FIND ALTERNATE SHELTER.
