BUYER BEWARE! DO YOUR RESEARCH! This store is almost OK. Sales staff is extremely knowledgeable and courteous. However, they are restrained by somewhat of a tyrant owner. That being said, you can purchase here but make sure you know exactly what you are getting and make sure you have it in your possession the way you expected it BEFORE paying a dime. That is, check every box for broken tiles, color matches, right product, etc.! Otherwise, you will be at the mercy of the owner - Bob or his son; and there if very little if anything those very helpful and friendly sales people can do to make you a satisfied customer. Unfortunately, "customer service" is a lost art here and there are so many other places - Interceramic, Crosstiles, just to name a few that have great products, prices, and customer service. I'm sure there are others but these are two of the places that I shopped after being disappointed with this store. Also, if you are a senior citizen, DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE GO INTO THAT STORE WITHOUT SOMEONE ELSE REPRESENTING YOU!
