Fit W/Vic

Vic is an amazing trainer. I am amazed at how much my strength, endurance, and energy level has improved. I love the variety of the workouts, and appreciate her constant encouragement. Even though it is a group workout, which makes it a lot more fun, she takes the time to show each person how to modify the exercises for their own fitness level. Vic offers a womens only classe in the evening and her morning co-ed classes are early enough to fit with most peoples work schedules. I will be a healthy 50 on my next birthday thanks to Fit W/Vic.
