I have almost weekly massages here and my therapist is wonderful. He is very respectful and listens to my requests. He is very professional and protects my modesty. I have only good things to say about Family Therapeutic Massage Group.

I came here by recommendation but I will come back because the massage I received here was the best I have ever had! My therapist listened to me when I told her my sore spots and always asked to make sure I was comfortable. The massage room was quiet and relaxing, with peaceful music and soothing scents. The massage was so relaxing, and relieved all my stresses in my neck and back. From the quick sign in to the cold drink brought to me at the end of massage, the entire visit was extremely pleasant. I will recommend them to everyone and continue to book massages for myself!

I have had many massages and would say I am a bit spoiled by my nwonderful massage therapist that I have went to for several years, but I bought a Groupon to Family Theraputic Massage for my husband, which he never used. I wasn't going to waste it, even being spoiled, how bad can a massage be?! The place was nice and clean and seemed pretty professional, then before my massage one of the therapists asked me how much I had paid for my 90 minute massage Groupon, I honestly didn't remember, but I didn't think she should ask me that anyway. So next I'm introduced to the person who would be doing my massage, he told me it was his first day, again, I just wanted my neck and back worked on so I still thought no big deal, once I was ready and he came into the room, he decided to tell me sorry he had to use some cheap lotion (hand lotion) but it was his first day and he couldn't afford massage oil! I guess he couldn't afford a bottle with a pump on it either, he proceeded to snap open and close the lid EVERY time he needed more (which using cheap hand lotion, he needed a bunch). I'm pretty sure this guy had never done a massage on a real person ever! He had no idea what he was doing, I had to tell him four or five times that he was hurting me, not from pressure, but from hitting my spine, or jerking my arms around. I finally just told him I was done, I couldn't take anymore nonsense. He was VERY unprofessional, the entire experience was a huge waste of time and money. Why sell Groupons if you aren't going to provide a service that would continue to bring in business! If you are looking for reasonable massage prices and experienced professional therapist STAY away from this place!
