I agree with most of the previous rating, it’s ridiculous to pay $300.00 a week to be treated like a child. Maybe some people need that though. I’m in my 40’s and completely unnecessary.
I have no complaints at all about the actual from office staff though... everyone was kind, friendly and sociable when interacting with me.

I personally enjoyed the group therapy sessions, although they where just a place for me to go & interact with people which I don’t normally do.

The problem I have is the psychiatrist. I believe her name is Dr Lee, although I initially met with a different psychiatrist on my first session who was wonderful. This other psychiatrist Dr.Lee apparently had scheduling conflicts and found it inconvenient to travel to the new building (5 minutes drive) once DECISIONS relocated. She decided to discharge me because my medical appointment for the “health condition” that brought on my depression & despair which drove the need for me to seek help at decisions in the first place, interfered with her apparent random scheduled meetings.

Doesn’t make sense that a physician (who should have taken a Hippocratic Oath) would attempt to treat a for depression, stress, anxiety resulting from incurable medical conditions and then discharge said patient for going to Dr to receive treatment for the medical conditions that prevent her from living a normal life and functioning the way she used to.

Either way, a doctor without good ethics is a doctor who’s care I refuse to be under.

Overall
I wasted 3 weeks at this place...

I wasted 3 weeks at this place and got nothing out of it, and I am still getting billed 2 months later. I had to pay out of pocket up front $300.00 a week which was not worth the poor treatment I got. They treat you like a 3rd grader and the discussions are like like you are a child. The staff act like they are better than you and are only intersted in your money. The group sessions are a negative atmosphere and all people do is cry and complain how misserable their life is and the thearapist only encourage those feelings. All I got out of the group sessions was disrespected harrased called names and bullied by the other patients. The therapist did nothing to make me feel better about being abused by them. Its just like junior high all over again and I am 49 years old. The phsyciatrist do nothing but ask you how you feel and perscribe drugs then have the nerve to charge you hundreds of dollars for 5 minutes of your time. This is not a helpful service and there is absolutly no follow up after you leave and they get your money. I do not recommend Decisions if you really need help.
