Chazown Landscape & Lawn Care

NEVER AGAIN! I would never use this service again. At first, they did a good job cleaning my flower beds, scalping the lawn & trimming one bush! There are two bushes. The crew disappeared in moments after discussing (or trying to) the second bush, without doing the work. I called when I received my bill & said to adjust it or finish the work...I called them again last Monday. The person who answered the telephone gave me Matt's cell phone number. I promptly called & left a message. It is Sunday, and no one has called me back. I plan to call again tomorrow & begin a "don't use" campaign. I will prorate my bill & pay it.

Great customer service, horrible work! I contracted to have fruit trees trimmed and for the amount of money I paid, I expected a lot more to be done. I told the company about my complaint. Chazown responded quickly and were back at my house to finish the job. OMG- I thought it was cruel joke when i saw what they came back and did!!! Two of my huge fruit trees are left bare and so incredibly ugly. I am not sure where to go from here. Our trees were all overgrown and I thought this would be a simple makeover that anyone could take care of with the right equipment. I am absolutely devastated with the outcome of the work.

Chazown Landscaping was great to work with for my outdoor kitchen. They helped me with designing everything just the way I wanted it. I love the rock work they did. I can't wait till this summer to have so many cookouts. I have a great entertaining space outside now. Chazown was efficient, professional and reasonable. I will recommend them!

I got my lawn seeded and aerated from them about a month ago. I am seeing green everywhere! I am so pleased with all the grass I am seeing. It's gorgeous. Fast and friendly service. Did what they were supposed to when they were supposed to. I will use them again and I suggest them to my friends all the time!

Poor communication & unsatisfactory results. I would not use again nor recommend to a friend.
