They couldn’t have done anything to improve the experience. They went above and beyond what was expected of them. I believe it is the best service I have received in 30 years of driving and having cars serviced.

Disrespectful

Today I tried to visit this Toyota dealership. I am in the market to trade in my 2008 Lexus IS350 for a truck and since I've had an amazing experience with my current car I thought I would keep it in the family and get a Toyota Tundra. I pulled up in front of the dealership, parked, and went inside. The receptionist didn't even look up, and I could see 4 or 5 salesmen in an office watch me walk in. I walked around the showroom floor for about 10-15 minutes waiting to talk to someone. Atleast 5 salesmen walked past me without saying a single word. I' m assuming it was because I look fairly young (I'm 25) and they thought I didn't have the money to spend. I am a professional commission based salesman myself so I found this to be extremely disrespectful and a terrible way to treat possible customers. They weren't even busy, I was the only car parked in front of the dealership. I will be buying a new truck but I can promise you one thing it will NOT be from Bob Howard Toyota.

Poor Service

Buyer Beware! Warning: You will pay too much if you don't know what your doing. The salesperson basically looked down his nose at us the whole time and told us that they were not willing to sell us a car because someone else would pay the sticker price for it. Plus, he gave us a trade-in value without even seeing our car because of what we looked like...Needless to say, our incomes are based on a pharmacist and IT director's salaries, but we don't flaunt it, and did not want him to know that initially. The appraisal was way below Kelly Blue Book trade-in value, and when we told him that we thought the appraisal was too low, he just got up from his desk and turned his back on us--very rude and unprofessional.
