        Well, we thought this was the best place in town. Immaculate. Left furniture 6-8 months. When we picked it up and unloaded unit, found that rats had destroyed a leather sofa, and gnawed around a $2500 leather chair. Not happy. Found a big rat and rat droppings in unit and all inside batting of chair and sofa. Literally ate 4x6 inch hole in center of sofa cushion.

We take every precaution to ensure your belongings stay in pristine condition with semi-annual exterminations and mouse poison in each individual unit. We regret that in this case our deterrents were not successful. We now require all tenants to carry insurance on their belongings (either thru Bob Bader Ins. or personal policy) to assist in recovery of any unfortunate incidents.

        Amazing staff! In my opinion, best in Odessa! They are so much more advanced I don't see why anyone would go anywhere else with their valuables.
