        Bad service

        You know it bad service when the coffee comes cold, my breakfast was cold as well had to be sent back, ordered wheat toast got white, ordered OJ, didn't get any wasn't charge but that's not the point. My husband ordered the ultimate omelette, wasn't asked if 2 links or 4, also his toast was cold, because the butter didn't melt.. Sadly our first bad experience with Denny's .....

        Food is good, restaurant is clean, the staff is not attentive, will ignore you standing in front of them while they do something else. The service is slow no matter if they are busy or not. I do not like to be ignored, at least greet us and ask us to wait, or be seated on our own. We used to eat here twice a week, will return to see if the wait staff gets a better personality.
