Primary Care
The Wellness Plan Medical Centers is a patient-centered medical home (PCMH). As a PCMH, TWP is an active participant in working to improve healthcare in America, by transforming how primary care is given. This model of organization allows medical centers to provide patient-centered care. We are happy to coordinate all care for you, through your primary care physician, and organizing specific services based on patient needs. As a PCMH, we are committed to offering accessible and safe care for all.
Family Practice
If specialized treatment is needed, the family physician can facilitate a different TWP specialist. At TWP, we provide accessible and compassionate care for the entire family, and throughout our patients’ lives. Our family medicine care is comprehensive and we pride ourselves on creating ongoing, patient-physician relationships focused on full-service care.
Emergency Care
Urgent Care Face-to-Face visits are available by appointment and walk-in at our East Medical Center Urgent Care – M-F 9AM-5PM. Patients being sent to UC will be screened for COVID symptoms at the door before being seen.
Flu Shots
The Wellness Plan Medical Centers provides medical services at their quick, quality urgent care locations where no appointments are necessary. Your health is not by-appointment, so why should immediate care have to be? Our urgent care sites offer a convenient comfortable, and cost-efficient alternative for quick care rather than going to the emergency room, or waiting to make an appointment with your primary care physician. TWP urgent care treats a wide variety of injuries from sprains, cuts, abrasions, and contusions. We also care for cold and flu symptoms, allergy injections, flu shots and limited vaccinations.
Immunizations
At TWP, we provide that care with our qualified staff of pediatricians, nurses and medical assistants. They are focused on providing the best care for your child—from newborns to 18 years old. TWP provides immunizations, well child check-ups, diagnosis, treatment, and specialist referrals. We work hand-in-hand with parents to make sure children in our community are happy, healthy and receiving the services they need.

Gynecology
Three of our clinics offer obstetrics and gynecology, or OB/GYN services. OB/GYN is the medical service that deals with pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period. The obstetrics portion focuses on postpartum, or the stages after childbirth. Gynecology focuses on women’s health and pregnancy. Gynecology covers all services directed to the female reproductive systems, including the vagina, uterus, and ovaries, and the breasts. Specialists in this field are obstetricians or gynecologists.

Internal Medicine
Three of our clinics offer internal medicine services. Internal medicine, or general medicine, is the medical area that works with prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of adult diseases.
