I have taken my cars here for 15 years. Bob Sloan and John are honest, hard working, and give it to you straight. They call you with repair estimates when they say that they will, and the car is ready on time and repaired perfectly. I trust them explicitly and won't go anywhere else. They even have checked out a used car for me before I bought it, examined it thoroughly, and gave me a thumbs up. The bottom line: If Bob or John tell you something, believe it. Really, really nice guys.

We were pleasantly taken care of when my car developed a problem with the heat shield. The evening was very hot, the hour was around 7:15p.m. My friend & I were on our way to hear the Dooley Brothers concert at the River Forest Library. Someone at the library recommended Harlem & Division Auto Repair. The mechanic, (I wish I know his name), was our guarding angel. I don't live nearby, but if I did, this would be my choice over any other auto repair place. Thanks again for being so wonderful, From Barb and Barbara

have been doing business with them for over 15 years. they always step up to the plate to get the job done for their customers. Repairs are done right the first time and if it is out of their league they will tell you so. Biggest issue is the price they charge for gasoline, but the prices for their repairs are reasonable.

I went there for a flat tire recently. I am a woman and pregnant... I told the guy I have a flat tire and asked how much would be to repair it. He told of straight up: $50. He didn't even look at the tire, or give me a reason for that price. Nothing!!!! So I said thank you and left!!! Sorry guys, if you aren't busy enough and want to extra charge a customer , too bad for you. You didn't make any money and got a bad review!I got my tire fixed at Car Care Center in Chicago for $12!Good luck on your business!
