They have excellent customer service. Quick reply time (if I get thier voicemail). I purchased an X-Treme gas scooter from them and my son loves it. After ridding for about one week my son crashed it and broke the hand brake. it was still under warranty so I contacted Remo's Toy Chest. they were quick to have X-Treme scooters send a new hand brake free of charge.
