        After New England Pool and Spa closed our pool last year, they lost 2 O-rings that are vital to the operation of our pool. I went to their store to replace them, they wanted to charge me $50.00 for two rubber O rings. It was their error and they still wanted to rob us. I will never use their business again. I think they are going out of business....I wonder why. Don't treat your cusomers like that.
