We were given a free upgrade to a nice sized room Room was comfortable and clean. Even though we were facing the street, noise was not a problem at all. There was refrigerator and no coffee pot and the closet was half the length of a normal closet. For our two night, weekend getaway, however, these things were not a problem. (Grab coffee around the corner at DunkiDonuts ). We generally found the front desk very helpful and they were willing to hold our luggage for a few hours after we checked out.
Next time in Norwalk I will consider returning to the Norwlk westport motel, because of the better price compared to other hotels. Thanks

Provided by Superpagesstayed at the Norwalk westport Motel twice in two months - once for business in June 2011 and the second time on vacation in August 2011. I was very satisfied with the hotel and the staff both times and would highly recommend it. Everything is very clean and the beds are so comfortable. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They provide L'occitane toiletries - shampoo, hand cream, etc. - which is a big plus...love it! The only minus was that the room - the second time - was really small.
