Jim Carroll has been my insurance agent for over 20 years. He is an EXCELLENT agent and is very knowledgable. He cares, and is always willing to do things that go above and beyond. He saved me when I lived in a condo and had an upstairs unit leak into mine. The association didn't proceed correctly and Jim was far more knowledgable and stepped in to "cover my assets". Am I glad I had him instead of some 800 number to call! I highly recommend Jim and feel he is the type of agent that is hard to come by. Thank you Jim for years of dedicated service.
