Jesse was very professional. He arrived promptly to address the clogged line in my house. His truck with trailer had all the tools and specialized equipment needed to address the problem. The technology with the camera and video screen allowed Jesse to explore the pipe and actually show me the clog. Next, he was able to unclog the line that was in the pipe under my foundation of the house using his specialized equipment. He was then able to show me how the line was cleared. He explained everything that he did in advance and allowed me to see everything that he was doing to identify and correct the problem. I was a happy man once completed. Especially when I told my wife that the problem was fixed. I'm very pleased with Jesse and RotoRooter on this Saturday job at my house.
Jesse was on time, listened courteously and completely to the problems (65 year old home, three updates to plumbing system done over decades), took the time to diagnose and rule out some issues and then got the proper equipment right off his truck to correct the remaining problems. He's skilled, experienced, polite and did a great job.

Provided by DexKnowsOur toilet backed up into the shower. Ca-ca in the shower is NOT NICE! Jessie was here shortly after we called and FIXED the problem. He also left info about contacting the county people. Very Satisfied!

Provided by DexKnowsOur toilets were leaking from underneath. Roto Rooter came out and found the problem right away. Our septic tank had a clogged filter. They were able to take care of us within hours! :) Couldn't be happier. Now we know, we have someone on our side! :)

Provided by DexKnowsWith a briken pipe and my water turned off Roto Rooter responded quickly, Pat made a minimal cut in the drywall which would be easy to repair , fixed the broken pipe and took time to make sure everything was back in order before he left. Good job.

Provided by DexKnowsAfter fighting a slow draining sink for over a month I finally broke down and called roto-rooter. The Tech "Jessie" was knowledgeable,quick, and efficient. Now my sink drains like a champ, and leaves me wondering why I didn't call roto-rooter sooner, and wondering What clog?

Provided by DexKnowsJesse from Roto Rooter came out yesterday and was he was awesome! He located the problem right away and also saved us thousands of dollars down the road by finding and fixing another problem!!! The entire time Jesse was hard at work my 5 yr old son Ian followed him around asking him at least 10 questions a minute. Jesse made Ian his apprentice and taught him the ropes and never skipped a beat in his repair! Thank you Jesse and thank you Roto Rooter for employing such great people!
