Really enjoyed the great customer service as well as the doctor's care!! Will be returning if and when I get sick again.

Every time I go there I am always greeted as I walk through the door.
I almost always see Mary Decker. She is my favorite, she treats you like she really cares what you are going through and not just there for a paycheck. Their facility is always clean. I would truly recommend them to everyone.

Overall
Pathetic service.

From receptionist to doctor.... Receptionist lacked tact and professionalism. The doctor 'Misha" shuffles into the room looking at the floor mumbling her name and title. Her composure was like that of a moody teenager. I could not believe I waited 45+ min on these people. The medical asst that took my vitals was more professional that anyone else there. This doctor's bedside manner is repugnant.

If I could have gave no stars...

If you have a cold - don't go to doctors care. Apparently you should be sick 7-9 days before they will prescribe. Bull crap!!! Never again will go back!!

The wait wasn't horrible. The girl up front tried to charge me $90 even though I had already told her I have a $20 co pay, and it was printed on my insurance card. The nurses were not friendly at all. The dr listened to me breathe, looked at my ears, nose and throat. She gave me an antibiotic and a steroid and said she didn't think it was anything, but to take those if I got worse. I felt better after taking the antibiotics for a few days. The day after the medication ran out I got very sick. I called to see if they could call me something in since I had been in a week prior. They said no, told me to take OTC medication, drink lots of fluids and rest. I immediately went to another drs office who took very good care of me, were very friendly, and diagnosed me with the flu. Do not waste your time or money going to doctors care.

not even 1 star

the treatment was horrendous, the wait was unforgivable, there wasn't even any body in the office, then to hear the doctor say racist remarks, talk about patients, then have the nerve to come in my room with a smile, this place was rediculous. Not to mention the billing problems I have had because the thong wearing teenagers at the from do not know how to deal with insurance.
