Cinemark Tinseltown USA

Terrible service It took over half an hour to get a refill and once I brought it up to the lady manager she didn't have the time a day to hear it or she even seemed to care at all and just walked away and left me talking to myself.
Im a north aurora resident and take my kids to this cinema on the regular bases for convenience, usually i spend $50 dollars just on tickets for the kids plus another $30 to $40 in snacks to get the kids to have a good time.
the female manager didn't care one bit about my complaint.
I have always supported local businesses but I will be switching to Randall16 from here on.

the picture and sound was excellent. the atmosphere was awesome the felicities are clean and comfortable. the food was superb.

Lots of movie rooms graet sound and the games to play befora and after the movie, also the times of showing were pretty flexible overall great theater.
