        The best decision I ever made!

        Personal touch fixed my hair on two seperate occasions, one of them being my wedding! My hair is very difficult to manage but the owner fixed it herself and it was absolutely amazing. EVERYONE loved my style. I felt that much more special because it looked so incredible! I recomment Personal Touch on Main St. in Noble to everyone I meed. They have such a friendly environment and will do whatever it takes to make your hair style or cut just to your perfection. I would recommend Personal Touch, and do, to everyone who says anything about hair.
