Rude and unprofessional. I had some questions about selling silver. The woman who answered the phone tried to be helpful, but there was a man in the background telling her to stop wasting her time with me. He was shouting insults, so I thanked her and promptly hung up.

Jason made me feel very comfortable with selling them my jewelry. It was fun getting cash for something I haven't used in 10 years...nice jewelry to purchase too. I'll be back.

I was treated with the utmost respect by the manager Jason Really - he was so friendly & took the time to break down & explain pricing, wholesale vs retail & other factors when appraising my pieces. I truly believe I was treated better & given the best prices than any other dealer/jeweler could have even come close. I had such a pleasant experience that I even bought a pair of gorgeous diamond earrings! Don't go anywhere else until you have visited these guys - they're the best!

This is a business that sets the standard for customer service! I walked in one day knowing nothing about precious metals or coins.Jason took the time to explain things to me. Each visit he has really taken the time to answer my questions and show me what to look for in coins and metals. Over the past few months I have honestly taken to cion collecting. It has turned nto a nice little hobby and I'm not going to lie, I have made a few bucks in the process lol. I just wanted to take a moment to give credit where it is due. Although I have conducted the majority of my business with Jason, However, each and every employee there maintains an excellent level of customer service. I will continue to bring my business and recommend them to friends and family for as long as their doors are open.
