They went over the top, very helpful and got me setup with the mower i was in store for, they explained all the information i needed to about my new mower and even gave me a hands on walk through on how to operate it!

If you're taking a mower in for warranty work, don't do it. They don't even try to work with the manufacturer. They charge you $20 dollars just to look at your mower and then keep it when they tell you it isn't covered under warranty. Then they lie to you about keeping in contact with the manufacturers. All this, right before they tell you it'll cost $200 dollars to replace a $25 dollar carburetor that takes about 4 bolts to remove. Don't go here, great guy that works on carburetors out of his house on the 1500 block of Sunset Dr. off Main and Berry.
