I have my fur babies here when they are sick and they gave better care than I ever could imagined! Treated my fur babies with ❤️ and care x1000! Was even nice to me lol 😂 I have been to many vets and this was by far the best emergency care received.

I'd like to thank the Doctors and Staff of the Animal Emergency Center for the professionalism, compassion, and understanding they showed my pet and my wife and me during the end-of-life time for our beloved pet. The Doctors and Staff provided my wife and me kindness and compassion during this very sad time. Thank you all so much...

My roommate noticed a laceration on my cat while I was out of state. This vet was very understanding and not only allowed me to pay over the phone, but also kept me up to date on everything that was going on. After my cat got sedated and got stitches, I noticed she was acting funny. I called the vet and they were so helpful and offered to take a look at her again for free. I know I probably annoyed them with my phone calls, but they were so sweet and helpful and really went above and beyond what I expected.

I took my sick little cat in. It was dehydrated and had diarrhea . I told the receptionist who was a dunderhead, the nurse who was on drugs and the doctor. The nurse came in stumbling in and couldn't find the cats orifice to stick the thermometer in and said oh forget get it and stumbled out of the room. The doc came in and i told him what was wrong and he advised some medicine. I paid and waited 20 min for the damn medicine. The nurse was mixing it up and said she marked the syringe with a line, so fill it up there, which was 1.7 ml and my cat weighs 7 pounds. after two days i noticed there was not going to be enough medicine, so i checked the ml and the bottle said .7ml and she marked 1.7 ml. so i put in .7m in syringe to give to the little cat. it has lost 1 pd so far. mama called the doc up and was told he was going to get a cussing from the dunderhead receptionist, but he was shocked when a sensible, smart woman wanted to know what was going on. Then mama called again and the nurse who was druggy was cognizant this time and said she would give a new bottle just bring back the old one and the syringe. Well I have been to four Veterinarians in this damn town and everyone of them are fking Quacks. All they think about is the money. I got the first cat out of a shelter, petco, and it was sick. turned out it had a staff infection from the fricking doc who performed the neuter on the cat so it was doomed. took it to Rose Rock and they punctured it's bladder and said, oh it doesn't hurt, the hell it didn't. So i took sparky back again after two weeks of pills, they punctured his bladder again, and said he still had some bacteria. I told the bytch that if he couldn't get rid of this staff infection he would have to be put to sleep, this torture was too much on me and my cat and it was not a good life style for him. I had gotten him up to 12 pds and had him for 14 months with him going to the doc every month. Well when i said to put him to sleep she hesitated, like maybe she had lied, anyway as I cried she put him to sleep. If she lied and was trying to get more money out of me, then she killed an innocent cat. The fking vets only want money. I think they prolong the suffering for more money. what happened to compassion and caring..oh no it is money, money, money. Well i have found a vet not in town and they are good. I don't know if this new cat will live either, the one i took to the emergency vet, but i will not get another cat or dog from a shelter. I think they make them sick and are in cahoots with the docs to make money. I think they make them sick and keep them sick. the stupid fks. So fk this stupid money grubbing town and bless the poor animals that fall into these lowlife hands.

Up until this week I would have given a different rating; but Wed night was not good service. The middle-aged blond vet was not any good. Wasted my $68. She must have said "I dont know" at least 5 times. I took my dog in bc she had obviously been bitten by somethine, her face was swollen and she had the most horrible cough and wasnt feeling well at all. All the other times I have been here, after the initial consultation with a tech, the vet has always come in to visit with me and to ask me questions and to hear my side of happened and why I am here. This time, after the tech took the info, she took my dog into a room where I could not go saying the vet wanted to see the dog now. After about 25-30 min, with no one coming back to speak to me, the vet finally came in and said "tell me why you are here." I asked how my dog was and had she examined her? Yes I was told and she is fine. Fine--did you see her face and her her cough? Yes but I dont know the dog so I dont know anything yet. So I told her. She got my dog, said she cant tell about swelling, could look like that; I said I know it. Nothing but saying I just dont know. No--we can take a blood test to see if any venom in the blood or anything. I took my dog home after learning her lungs sounded fine and her heart sounded good. Later that night, my dog was sick-throwing up and very restless, guess the venom or whatever was traveling thru her system, no thanks to the vet who could have given me something, anything to look for or tested for something. Before I have been satisfied with their service, their attitude and their diagnosis/prognosis and choices but this woman--she was stressed and uncaring. It costs a lot of money to go here, they should have people who want to be there and have the correct creds and attitude to be there.

The staff and Dr.'s are the best! Our dog Jasper was brutally attacked by 2 other dogs was in critical condition and in shock, as were we. They treated him and us with compassion, respect, and rapidly. They worked with us financially as well. They save his life and our sanity. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL OF YOU AND WHAT YOU DID!!! Today our cat Rufus was critically ill with urinary obstruction, Again they got him in right away, and saved his life! I am so pleased with the way he and I were treated. Dr Wells and Nana are the best! I highly recommend this center if your beloved pet is injured or ill, they will do what they can, and if not they are honest, fair, and compassionate in helping you through a tough time. I love this place! Again THANK YOU ANIMAL ER CENTER and staff, you are the best of the best!

Great care!

Nothing more stressful than having to take a member of your family to the vet emergently, only to find your vet closed! The animal emergency center was the best option. They provided great care when we brought our 15 year old puppy in after getting clipped by a car. Truly appreciated their openness. As far as the cost of everything, they provided an estimate as well as options. Lucky for us our baby girl was fine and would only be sore!!! They provided great care at a fair price!
