Blue Crab Appliance Parts

My Kitchen-Aid refrigerator stopped working today and I needed a part for it ASAP. Its Saturday and it was about noon, so I decided to try Blue Crab Appliance Parts. They not only were open but had the part in stock. To top this off they were very friendly and offered great advice. The refrigerator is working again and I did not lose any food. THANKS, I would recommend them to anyone!

Owner was very helpful. They were closed on sunday but i caught him in the store on the telephone. He was able to look up my part, and then stuck around to wait for me to come from Williamsburg. He even gave me advice on how to install it.

I was having trouble with my dryer not turning on and several places that I called told me I would have to buy a new part and have a technician replace it. The owner Dave told me what he thought might be the problem, how I could safely check it, and sure enough it was exactly what he thought. The best part was he gave me the advice and never told me I needed to buy anything. After I put my belt back on, the dryer ran good as new! Great customer service! I would recommend going here before going to Sears or any other major retailer. Thank You!!

I needed a new drain pump for my Maytag Washer. First I called Sears Appliance parts in Hampton and they did not have it in stock. They were rude and kept trying to rush/pressure me to have them order it. I told them no because I was trying to find the part locally, the guy started laughing at me and said "good luck!" After a quick Google search for Hampton Roads appliance parts I found Blue Crab. All I can say is WOW! I don't think I have experienced better service in my life! They were extremely polite, had the part in stock, and took the time to make sure it was the part I needed. It was the last pump left and they put it on hold for me so I could pick it up after work. The price was fair (cost just as much online) and I didn't have to pay/wait for shipping. They also made sure to restock their inventory. Definitely going back to them for my appliance needs! I saved hundreds by repairing it myself, Blue Crab rocks!
