Power Concrete Co Inc

The number is constantly busy. Has been busy non stop since early this morning, 7am. It's now almost 3pm. Good Luck getting in touch with them.
BUT they do work.. because they *seem* to be doing work for the city .... they came right to the front of my house at 7am on a Sat morning with extremely loud power tools that you could literally hear from over 5 blocks away. They had protective gear for their ears, yet my entire family, including my baby was woken up by their doing work.
It's very likely they were working without a permit. A permit is needed for working with power tools above decibel 10 at 7am on a Sat morning... otherwise the hours are 10am to 4pm to do this sort of work. The guys were only busy in getting the job done the fastest they could. They threatened my husband with a hammer when he went outside to see what the ruckus was about. They then went around the rest of the neighborhood doing the same thing..... and we could hear them blocks and blocks away (the sound was equivalent to a jackhammer ripping up the street... they were cutting into the street).
I wouldn't ever use a company like this. The workers were only interested in getting done early, they threatened someone with a hammer, they left their car running unattended, they worked on 'off times', the company number is constantly busy.

We made an official complaint to 311. They deserve zero stars, but since its required to have at least one... i gave one star.
