Balcony Bar & Cafe

We were invited to a birthday party being held on the 2nd floor. There was one bartender working and he had the worst attitude ever! He looked at us like we were dirt ( we are professional, upstanding adults) and kept waiting to be served. At one point he even chose to stack napkins instead of serving us. It took 20 minutes for him to finally and rudely serve us. He did this to everyone we talked to. By the way, he was the manager!

ORDER WAS PLACED AT 2:45AM. IT IS NOW 5:40AM AND WE HAE NOT RECEIVED FOOD. AND TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY IT WAS PAID FOR VIA TELEPHONE. IF THE FOOD WASN'T GOING TO BE DELIVERED THEY COULD HAVE HAD THE COMMON COURTESY TO CALL AND LET US KNOW THAT. THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN MY FIRST TIME EATING FROM THIS RESTAURANT BUT THAT WILL NEVER HAPPEN
