I wish I could give this review 0 stars. The level of unprofessionalism and poor customer service we experienced in working with Todd Bowers was unlike anything I have experienced. I am 8 months pregnant and was in desperate need of help when our AC unit quit working during a recent heat wave. We reached out to TB Mechanical and did not receive a response for nearly 3 days. In the interim, we tried other companies who responded almost immediately and helped bring us relief. Despite our system being under full warranty, Todd refused to provide any reimbursement or assistance towards the cost we incurred repairing the system on our own. Not to mention his disinterested attitude and complete lack of customer service skills. Our call was treated as an inconvenience. Even after we finally received a reply from Todd, he didn’t send a tech to check our system until a week later. If we would have waited for Todd to get to us, I’d have melted into the ground by now. We are appalled at level of service we received from TB Mechanical and DO NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone seeking a polite and helpful experience.
