Sullivan Septic was great through building my house, all of the people went above and beyond throughout the installation. From the quoting and giving me different options to the many days spent installing, testing, cetifying the system they were great!

In these days of declining customer service, Sullivan stands out as a company who still believes that the customer is king. They are a small, family owned business that has been in the area for over 50 years. They know their stuff and they are quick to respond, even if the problem occurs on a weekend. They have great ideas for proactive servicing of septic, too! They offered to put us on their automatic reminder service. We receive a postcard when we're due for a pumping...no more backups! As I write this, I see the Sullivan "Green Machine" rolling down my street! Most all of our neighbors use Sullivan, too! When you're that good at helping people, the word spreads.

I had Sullivan Septic out to pump out my existing septic tank and complete some repairs on my septic field. The job was completed quickly and correctly the first time. The owner quickly diagnosed the problem, while his staff was knowledgeable and professional. The bill matched the amount quoted with no surprises.
