AAA Septic Tanks

They installed my system 5 years ago. after many calls to them to NO avail before my contract was up I felt it necessary not to renew my contract with them. It was brought to our attention due to poor workmanship that my system has failed. Both the builder of my home and the septic system builder states the installer should be contacted. I�ve been try I go for almost a month now calling every day to hear we will have someone to come out. What a joke! Now when I call they hang up. They were to send a person out to check the seal but the only thing he checked was the water level. Still waiting for someone to call me back and someone to come out !

Horrible company!! We have lived in our rent house for 5 yrs and had nothing but trouble with AAA Septic. They never come out for regular servicing until we call and make them come out. They've never emptied our tank and when they do come, they stay for maybe 5 minutes. They don't knock, they just leave a note that says everything is working great. WRONG!! We have a sprinkler that doesnt work, one that's pumping a river in our yard and we can't even flush toilet paper. They told us just to put paper in a trash can. Absolutely horrible company!!!

Bad company I went signed the contract and they came out becuse my pump was clogged after the first guy refused to even work I called the office and complained then the same guy was sent back out after another hour of waiting he finally got the pump out and cleaned off. He knocked on my door speaking no English and told me the pump was weak after he left I looked at the system and found he left the connection loose so it was leaking back in on its self. After I tightens it all back up the system worked perfect do not use this septic company they will not work and when they do they will try and rip you off
