Total Car Care

I refer everyone here. I left my old mechanic after getting the feeling that I was being overcharged even after being a loyal customer. I was referred here and have been coming here every since. Excellent service. If something is not necessary they will be honest enough to tell you and not try to get over on you just to make more money. This is the only place that I trust my car and money with.

I recently had my brakes done at Firestone and they told me that I needed to have a couple of my tie rods replaced and quoted me a price. I wanted to get a 2nd quote so I stopped at Total Car Care and they actually quoted me a price to have all 4 tie rods to be done around the price Firestone wanted for just 2. I had checked Total Car Care reviews before I came to get a quote and since the reviews were great I went ahead and made an appointment to have all 4 tie rods to be done. Once Total Car Care started the job, they told me I did not need tie rods, all I needed was an alignment. After that I was sold on Total Car Care, one after the fair pricing and 2nd them being honest with me about not needed something. I will continue to bring my car here for service. So going from almost spending close to $500 dollars to just spending $110, that's a big difference. This is including an oil change as well.
