Always been easy to contact and deal with. They installed new hot tub controls and heater within their estimate for both time and money. They also gave us good maintenance tips.

They chose not to deal with us anymore because we were unhappy with their service. Instead of trying to make us a happy customer they chose not to call us back or complete our job. We paid $270.00 to have our over heating problem fixed but it overheated to 113 degrees that night. Luckily we did not get in it before checking the temperature. Now Scott wants another $180.00 to send my board to California to be repaired. I was unhappy with this almost 500 dollar and two week minimum solution so they chose to ignore me.
