Vtn Towing Svc

Last weekend my car broke down on the side of the highway because my tie rod broke on the passenger side. Luckily my friend knew of a wrecker and recommended VTN. They got here quickly and the car was safely towed to my mechanic. They charged a very reasonable price and the man that towed my car was very nice. I would defintely use VTN again if i ever had a problem.

A few weeks ago my new car that I just bought had something wrong with it and broke down on me right off the highway. I had to get my car towed and the first towing company I called took about an hour to get to me!! And when he arrived, his tow truck wasn't working correctly so he said I would have to wait until they can get another free truck to come tow me. I was so put out, so I told the man I was not going to wait and will just call someone else. He started being very rude, which was very weird to me since he was the one without the working truck! So I just googled and VTN popped up. Let me just say, it took them only 10 minutes to get to me and they were quick and efficient. You can tell that they have done this plenty of time before. The man that showed up was very nice. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 is because the woman that picked up the phone (I guess is the receptionist) couldn't understand me and I had to repeat where I was about 3 times. She was nice, so it was fine. All in all, I hope I don't have to use VTN again, but if I do need a tow, they were great.

I have used VTN for the past 3 years and their service is great! Quick, clean, and professional men. Vu the owner is very nice as well. I got VTN contact from my car dealership that uses him on a regular basis for their daily business. I own a bike and several vehicles and I only trust VTN. Definitely will continue to use them.

My car broke down and I had called a friend that had told me about VTN towing. They arrived very quickly. And I even called around for a few other places on prices and their prices were very reasonable! It was much cheaper than the other 4 towing companies that I called. And the gentlemen that towed my car was very nice and helpful. I would absolutely recommend them to others!!

Beware of this company, I had the misfortune of being taken advantage of them. I was quoted 90 to be towed to my mechanic - they knew where we were going. Then they told me to lead - obviously I am not in this business of driving around for a living so I didn't know the shortest distance - I took the route I would go, you know the familiar one. When we arrived at our destination, the driver demanded $150 in cash or he would not unhook my car. I asked why the extra $60???? He said because I did not go the shortest distance. I said you should have led then, this is something you are familiar with or you wouldn't have known of a faster way. In the end, all of us were angry - this was the worst towing experience I have EVER had the misfortune of being a part of.

VTN is so fast. They are 24/7. If you need a tow, there the one to call. There quick, friendly, and honest. They have very nice chevy trucks, so they tow your car with fashion.
