Vortex Electrical Company, Inc.

This company and the owner Rich are a bunch of rip-offs. I needed alot of electrical work done in my home, and I am on a fixed income as I told Rich. He came out and did the work half way and it was very shoddy and incomplete. and it had to be redone by another electrical contractor. The worst part of it was that Rich wanted all the money upfront and didn't even complete or do the job the right way. I'm a senior and he took advantage of that situation. Beware of this company!

This company was very unprofessional. I had Rich (the owner) meet with me to give a client a pricing on some work. Rich never got back to me, never returned my emails or phone calls. I had called this company several times and they could never put me through to him. The client got left in the dark and so did I. This company leaves people hanging. I would stay away from this unreliable company.

I was very pleased with the service from Vortex Electric. During a recent wind storm my neighbors tree fell and ripped the electric wire down going to my home. I called the electric company, and they sent me one of their technicians. He informed me that I needed a licensed Electrician to finish the repairs. I contacted Vortex Electric and spoke with Heather in the office. Shortly after I spoke with Rich and I asked how much it would cost to make the repairs.He gave me a 'best case/worse case scenario' over the phone. When he arrived soon after our conversation; he looked at the job and it turned out it was an easy fix with a 'best case scenario' price. Because we had no electricity at this time, he could've charged a whole lot more knowing my family had no power. He and his crew were very efficient with their work and very professional.

I was extremely happy with their service & now have a Electrician to call in the future with any issue.
