The Tree Clinic

I never write reviews but I'm compelled to write one about the Tree Clinic since I almost didn't use them based on the negative review I saw (despite my neighbor giving them a glowing recommendation). I had an absolutely positive experience working with Paul (owner) and Tony (site manager). They were incredibly friendly and attentive. This is definitely a company whose #1 goal is to make the costumer happy, and they go out of their way to do that. The quality of work is top notch and their prices were unbelievably low in comparison to other quotes. Paul (owner) was very accessible and communicated often throughout the project - checking in to make sure that we were happy and everything was running smoothly. I'm very glad that I listened to my neighbor and didn't let the other review stop me from working with the Tree Clinic. I highly recommend them!

Initial person who came out to do an assessment was knowledgeable and friendly. I hired them to fertilize and treat 3 palm trees. I have no idea if they ever did the work because no one came while I was home (at the appointed time) and no one left a note. The office assured me the work had been done so I paid the invoice. 6 months later they were supposed to return to check the trees. Again, i made an appointment and no one showed up (I was home all day). I have been calling twice a week for 6 weeks and leaving messages with the answering service. No one has had the decency to return my calls. I am now convinced that no one did the work in the first place and I paid for nothing. I will not recommend this company to anyone.
