        Will Not Stand By Their Work

        We had service performed that was rushed and not to our satisfaction. There were clearly areas that received more attention than others resulting in streaking. Further, as we were painting it was clear that the edges were not cleaned. When we voiced our dissatisfaction with the quality of work we were told that they would send back the "technician" to correct the issue; however, when he didn't show we called back to inquire and at that time was told that the technician stated that he had done a good job and would not be coming back. We will have to have the carpets cleaned again with another provider as a result of the incomplete/poor initial work and their unwillingness to stand by the work
