We are remodeling our basement and hired them to come simply move furniture from the basement to the garage. Of the three pieces of furniture they successfully moved one - and they tore up the wall. They didn't move the other furniture, charged us full price even though they were there for a short time, and then left without putting our back door back on. When we called to get a refund the lady said "she'd talk to the boss and see what he would do". We never heard back. Even their employees said they wouldn't have charged us. The next day, the guys remodeling our house successfully moved the furniture out in about 15 minutes without tearing up the wall. And they put the door back on. Long story short - don't hire these guys if you want a professional service. They just want your money.
