Shuttle Me Transportation Service

Called about their service & rates. She was very rude and short with me...no Customer Service to be had. Decided not retain their service and could not recommend it either. I rate 1 star because they answered the phone call.

Called to request hours and location, and was hung up on. Incredibly rude individual on the other end of the line. Would not recommend.

Do not use unreliable! Will stand you up in the am. Even with a day in advance schedualed pick up! This has happen to me multiple times. And come to find out this service has done it to friends. My experience is and should never have to be with a processionalService you schedule in advance: I end up calling and calling finally waking him up...:after you should have already been to the airport he is extreamly rude. Saying I'm running late (clearly still sleeping) I will be there in ten minutes (already ten minutes late) find anyone but this service if you want to make your flight on time and stress free!

We called for taxi service. There was no rate mentioned in the call or when the cab arrived. After we arrived at our location we asked where the fare counter was. The driver stated that "he did it in his head". After a few questions he stated that he charged about a dollar a minute from when the time he gets the call to when he arrives back at where he got the call from. We were forced to pay the "full fare". Do not be fooled by this one-man cab service. He is out to take advantage of out-of-towners and locals alike.
