Selby's Cab Co

My husband and I went to Blues & Brews Craft Beer Festival 10/15/2016. We thought there would be taxi's waiting out side the Festival - We were wrong. Husband called Selby's cab at 3:49 P.M. & again at 4:06 - Never a show! Wish I could leave a 0 Review!

Did not show up. Called at 1:15 and 1:30 for pickup and was told, "you never asked for a cab". Do NOT use this company.

They are now college cabs, DON'T USE they turned me down because they were behind even though I told then I was in no hurry

This place is awful.. "Well, he couldn't find it" even though i gave them an address and told them how to get there and the two streets i was on the corner of. Caused me to miss my REALLY IMPORTANT doctors appointment.. Get a freakin GPS if you dont know how to get somewhere simple.

We called a for a cab, waited 30-45min and called again to check if the driver had left. We were told that it was on its way. Waited for an additional 30 min and no one ever showed up. Really terrible customer service, especially considering the fact that we were in a central location in Cookeville (fairgrounds area). Would not recommend to anyone, ever. What's really a disappointment is that I can't even rate them a zero stars, which is what their service amounts to.

I call two hours ahead to schedule my pick up. 4 calls from me and a bunch of lies from them later, taxi shows up 45 minutes late.

Always late for scheduled pick ups, rude staff and cant stick to a price for the same trip, anywhere from 5 to 10 depending on driver. They are not worth your time and i would not recomend

Constantly forgets about scheduled pick ups. When they do manage to remember about a pick up, they are late. One driver picked me up then picked up his girlfriend at jail (took about half an hour) and then I got to hear about how the cops found needles in her purse and she blamed it on someone else. Fascinating. I've also been taken around on their errands because they wanted to go pick up a prescription while practicing effective time management on the clock. Do yourselves a favor and stay away from these drug addicts, there are a few that are exceptions but most seem like they come in after a long night of drinking or are currently on drugs.
