Called Toby when our Whirlpool washing machine suddenly refused to complete the drain cycle. Shortly after he began checking it out and after learning that the unit was 18 years old, he found that the defective part was no longer available. After discussing options with him we decided we would replace the washing machine. Toby was very honest and up front in his diagnosis and avoided replacing any parts unnecessarily. Would highly recommend !

Had a washing machine issue- day after holiday weekend was able to quickly schedule an service appointment where Tobie came out and identfied the problem. Part wasn't in stock so had to order and come back the next day. Still quicker to fix then even being able to talk to any other company! Pricing seems reasonable for labor/diagnostic and parts.
