        Broken Sprinkler System

        Preferred installed a new sytem in March 2007. Leak discovered in May. Over 20 phone calls made in attempt to get repairs made. As of November 2007, repairs still not made. Does NOT return calls. Chuck talks a good game but does little to fix the problem. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
