Great, efficient, timely service! WE just used Majestic for both early and late pick-ups to LGA. The drivers were prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. Price was fair and included tolls, tax and tip. Would definitely use Majestic again and recommend them highly! :)

Drivers are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They take care of me each and every time. If you want a reliable car service. Go with Majestic. You wont be disappointed.

The customer service leaves A LOT to be desired. They were unhelpful and rude. The drivers I had were great, but if you are using this company, you'd better hope everything goes perfectly because you will not want to deal with anyone that works on the phones. When I booked a round trip car service I explicitly asked multiple times for the cost of the entire trip (both ways) and when he repeatedly only gave me one number I could only assume that it was for the round trip. When I came to find out that I was being charged that amount both ways I tried calling to let them know they should be a little clearer over the phone, I got excuse after excuse and the "manager" even went so far as to insult me for thinking I could get a round trip for that little. On top of everything else I was charged extra because my flight was delayed 3 hours causing me to get in past midnight and there is an extra charge pick ups past 11PM. That isn't even mentioning the 20% automatic gratuity.

Overall if you really don't care how much you pay to get where you are going this service is ok, but it is more expensive than competitors and the staff is unfriendly and unpleasant to work with.

Majestic is a great limo service. There drivers are very pleasant. They get you to the airport on time and help with luggage.

They are very competitively priced too.

Easily the best airport service I've ever used. The price was reasonable, the driver was very courteous and friendly, and he knew exactly how to take the best route. The car was very clean and comfortable, and the drive was smooth, safe, and efficient. Great, timely communication when I arrived at the airport as well.

Needed a way for my son and his date to get to the Warwick junior prom in Westchester. Called Majestic with a sort of last minute request and they were helpful and reasonably priced. Absolutely love them,!!!!!!!!!! i have been using Majestic for the past 10 years.Not once had a problem. They are always early to pick me up. Very knowledgeable and professional drivers and clean cars.
