These people came out to repair my dishwasher. they told me I needed a $270 new pump. I was not going to do it just buy a new one but he said my dishwasher was a good one "don't make them like this anymore" were his words and it would last me many more years with a new pump. He told me not to run dishwahser for 24 hours but he cashed my check immediately. dishwasher did not clean properly then just stopped. I have left numerous messages with no response. I just yesterday filed a complaint with the Attorney General's office in KY and with the Louisville Better Business Bureau. Next stop, Angie's list. Please do not ever use this company. They are crooks. If anyone else has had this issue, file a complaint with the AG and BBB. That might help to stop them from preying on people.
