We specialize in Rush (RS), Dangerous (DS) & Hard-To-Serve (HTS) cases.

General Info

Additional Fee Info: Any documents emailed to the office which must be printed and exceeds 25 pages will incur a fee of $1.00 per 5 pages. Payments which are found to have insufficient funds (NSF) will be charged an additional fee of 50% of the job's total. Customized pricing is based on the details of the job, but the base per-trip rate for RS (completed within 24 or 72 hours), DS (history of violence, restraining orders, known weapons in residence, etc.) and HTS (has evaded service previously) cases start at $75 for serves in Pierce, King, Thurston, Lewis, Kitsap and Spokane Counties. Any serves in other Washington counties are $100 per trip. A check for the amount of the first attempt must accompany the papers which are to be served unless previous arrangements have been made with our office. Rates will increase accordingly after 5 attempts have been made. Any court filing that is requested is free of charge within 1 business day of the serve being completed for RS, DS and HTS jobs only. The Declaration of Service will be delivered or mailed as soon as the balance due is paid in full and the job is completed.
