I had such a great experience with this company, I will definitely call them again if I need any further service. The guy Sean was very helpful and friendly. I love companies like Frontier that really aim at helping the community instead of just getting money

If you are looking to use Frontier Services Inc. for your septic needs think again. I specifically asked to be notified of any additional charges while I had Frontier Septic pumping my rental property. I was never once called or notified of any change work that needed to done. I received my invoice with a $200 additional charge. I called simply to discuss the charges and was greeted with extremely defense and insulting accusations from a man named Sean. Very unprofessional and insulting. The conversation went no where and I was hung up on. I will never do business with this company again and would advise that anyone looking to use this company thinks twice.
